REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Certain items such as opened baby products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, contact us at carlalamour67@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll receive store credit within 10 business days. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
